I have two suggestions to submit today.

Please excuse my bad english but i'm beginner and i make some mistakes :/

The first one is about the procedure to get our account back after a two-factor authentification fail : i contacted the support who can't give me a recovery code even if i can give a proof of the ownership of the account (i have always the e-mail adress, and the same phone number, for instance). I suggested them to change this process : it is normal for me to lost his account when I can't get a proof that it is my account, but when I can do so, I think that I should have a last recovery code ... So they adviced me to suggest that here, and I wait hopefully a modification of this process :)

The second one is about the permission system : a tool like a meet of two sets in maths but for the roles would be awesome : for example, I have some videogames multiplayers servers : and when I create a rank "Moderator" and a rank "Arma III", if I want to create a channel only for the Arma III's moderators, I have to create a third rank : "ArmaIII-Mod" , and on a server it takes very many roles.
If we could sets permissions for the users in the group : "Moderator AND ArmaIII" , it would be very useful !
