the people who block keep seeing my messages

i got a guy in a server thats probably a fake account of someone, he never chat, but if im tryng have a discuss he comes and talk trash about me, like, literally he is just there to talk trash of me when im having a discuss with someone, i said it in the chat and now he try post memes and stuff, like, yeah, confirmed, i unmasked him and now try to dont get banned, i blocked him but he still can read my msg and sometimes he try to reply them, im done of that, i dont want see that guy anymore and i dont like he can still read my msg cuz if i got a discuss again he can read my msg and still harasing me, so whats the point of block someone if he can still read and haras me?
