Show account and logout on bot invite screen

The following feedback is to display the account and logout button on the Bot Invite ouath page.

I am part of the support team for Rythm, one of Discord's largest bots, and every day without fail we get many users needing support with the same issue - the server they want to invite the bot to won't show up on the invite screen. These users are always logged into the wrong account, and so have to use another browser or a private/incognito to force Discord to log in again.

Adding a UI element showing which account is currently logged in, and an option to log out, while a minor change, will make it a lot easier for a not insignificant number of users to invite and use bots.

Mockup below shows the standard Bot Invite screen, but with the user account information drop-down taken from the Developers Portal.

    Love this idea. I can't imagine it'd be too hard to implement.

    Very useful working in a bot support server and often have to tell people people to vist discordapp.com/ and log out then back in. Would help loads. And maybe while there at it make it so there's a sign out button

    I can't figure out how to sign in to my accout to invite bots as we speak. Please do this. In the next 5 minutes preferably.
