Warn user before pinging roles

This is a minor change, but would really help a lot of larger servers that want to keep the option to ping roles like admins. 

 

This could work just like the @everyone warning works. Could even give server owners/server staff the option to set a custom warning for certain roles.

    In the role permissions menu something like "Mention Alert" that could be toggled on or off. And eventually add a custom message to show in the popup
