Regex Notifcations

I would really love some more fine grain control over my notification. Regex would be perfect for this.

Examples

1. I set regex to mute matching messages, but receive all others. Useful to say mute a bot.

2. Muting a server, but regex matching to unmute messages.

  While regex is an ultimate tool to customize it, not a lot of users can understand it. So it would be only a nice addition if Discord have already a feature like user/bot/word filters for notifications.

  Yes, would be so useful - someone please implement. I've been trying to build a script that does this but I've been been having difficulty getting the Discord API to interface properly with R.

  So keywords filter as default, checkbox to enable regex. That's the typical implementation.
