add NSFW flag to webhooks

when doing a GET request to a webhook link, you get some information about that webhook.

would be nice if a boolean could be added that indicates if the channel it leads to is marked as NSFW.

this way developers that use webhooks can check they are not sending NSFW stuff in a channel that is not marked as such.
