Video conference API Twitch integration

Discord allows video conferencing which is amazing, but the layout of video as people join isn't static, or always the same size. I run a D&D game over twitch where everyone has webcams and it'd be nice if I could either force a video layout of a specific size and order, or have a OBS/Streamlabs plugin. Without this, I'm shuffling around my hand-cropped window captures, or having to have whole capture scenes set up whenever I'm missing a player or two. Once it's set up, it's great, but it could be a lot easier to manage this aspect of streaming. At the very least, forcing discord to have a specific video size and layout arrangement would go a long way, too.
