Prevent clones of username and avatar

Scammers like to clone my username and avatar and then DM users via a shared 3rd party server.

mcarper(original) is on server A.
mcarper(evil) is on server D.
victim is on servers A & D.

mcarper(evil) DM's victim citing info from server A, tricking the victim into doing bad things. mcarper(evil) is never on server A. The evil mcarper also uses my copyrighted photo as well.

What can be done to prevent this? Can I register my photo with you guys?
