Go to browser version of discord > Upload a video > Hold down the download icon and drag it to your bookmarks > Copy the bookmark link. Now you have the video attachment link.

What if the video file is too large to send how do i get the link then?

it's kind of a laborious process but it's doable: open discord in the browser, from there hover to the download button of the file, in the bottom right/left corner of your screen the link will appear, note down the first 5-6 digits.
After that, press f12, then ctrl+f and type the digits then keep pressing enter until the video you want is highlighted in yellow, after that turn your attention to the f12 menu and copy the link in blue whose digits will be highlighted in grey.0 -
