Text to speech accessibility for the seeing impared

I am writing this in regards to a friend of mine who is legally blind. He tries to use discord however the issue is server navigation. When he clicks on servers and channels theres no indication to what he is clicking on to properly choose a server and channel without it being much more than a complete guess. Once he is in the the tts works well for messages it would be nice to see something done to help with navigation.
