Increase Size of non-active video stream in video call

Currently when focusing a single user in a video call, other video streams will appear in the top corner. This is nice, but the smaller streams are too small to really see anything or be useful. Increasing their size a little or making them a variable size would make them actually useful for seeing what you look like in 1 on 1 video chats or seeing everyone else while focusing a single person in a group call.
