Server channel set-up

I think discord should add a feature, when setting up channels, to be able to accept people to do ALL things http://prntscr.com/o0q95v (just the green arrow) that should allow, in said channel, to be able to give that role/person EVERY permission. Or, on the flip side, add a Red X http://prntscr.com/o0q9ff (Again just a red discord X), that makes it so a person/role cannot do ANY of the permissions. 

This part I don't really see a use for, unless testing buttons, as stated above. But having a "Neutral" grey slash that makes it so the person/role can use said thing, depending on if they're role says they can or not..

Open to suggestions! Just have set up a lot of servers, using specific roles, and its annoying to make it so "@everyone" has 0 perms, and they need a role to do things.
