Allow voice channels to be placed above text channels and to have spaces and capitalization in text channels.

It's one of the little things about Discord that shouldn't be a thing. Why are voice channels restricted to below all other text channels in a single category? Why can't you have spaces or capitalization in text channels? Although some may not be able to see the point of this change, I argue there's no point in these "features" in the first place. It would allow for more customization and organization in categories like this:

v Gaming

🕪Counter Strike: Global Offensive

#Counter Strike: Global Offensive

🕪League of Legends

#League of Legends

🕪Minecraft

#Minecraft

    We'd really like this.
    Our use case is essentially we have voice channels that have an associated text channel for the people that can't speak in the voice channel to still be able to participate in conversation.
    It would be nice to be able to have the voice channel right next to the corresponding text channel.
    Yes, we could do this with categories but that leads to a lot of categories holding redundant information, and removing the ability to have an encompassing category that does have useful information. (Since nested categories aren't a thing, for good reason)
    I think maybe an even better thing to do would be to have voice + text channels in one channel. That would be nice but probably much harder to implement than just allowing sorting of text and voice channels within each other.

    I do think this issue should be split into it's components though:
    1) Allow ordering of voice channels between text channels (This is what we need)
    2) Naming restrictions of text channels  (We don't really need this, and it's there for good reason, ability to mention text channels, not saying that it's impossible to implement just would need to do something like mentioning users but that would cause a bunch of change)
    3) Combined voice + text channels (Probably never going to happen, and not nessesary too)
