Add field to server response code if error comes from discord servers

Discord like any other aplication has errors, including HTTP ones. they are unfortunately all marked as "Server:Cloudflare" because of traffic being routed by their servers. To make it easier to distinguish between actuall cloudflare HTTP responses and discord ones i would like to propose adding additional field to server error response JSON similar to "error source: Discord" that would indicate that this error comes from discord servers. errors lacking that would be therefore obviously caused by cloudflare.
