24h system and the 12h system. [IOS] (& possibly also android)

On my phone the 24h system has been seemingly changed to the 12h system (AM/PM) and it bothers me. I'm on UK English so I feel like this should even be the case, but after having checked Dutch discord in the app as well and it also using AM/PM I felt like it was a real issue. I suggest either that people can choose which time system they prefer or to make only US English use the 12h system. Thank you for your time

    I need this. Where I use mobile alot, I see the digital clock in am/pm. It always takes me an extra second when in 24h format and I like to be able to just glance at it for less than a second to know the time
