Why is nitro boosting going way after a set time

Hello,

I've recently bought Nitro to boost our server with my friends and we thought that boosting is perm and is not decaying so we can get to level 3 within 10 or so weeks, now we found out that its not only that you can't spend your boost every week on the same server to get to level 2 with only 5 people but your server's level slowly is decaying away and you lose all the benefits which you haven't used.
In my opinion this is a very bad way to handle boosts, if someone bought Nitro so that they can get up to level 3 with 5 people and would rather give up time than money(in some cases you can't even get 50 people boosting, seeing how we can't get 10 people boosting with 150 members).
Also it's very annoying to see all your money and time slowly fading away as your Nitro runs out or not everyone who boosted your servers would boost it again.
A good solution for both of this(also a good way to help out smaller communities as I don't think any under 1K member discord would get 50 boosts at the same time) is to make boost levels permanent and let someone boost their servers more than once(as in after the 1 week cooldown you can pick the same server to boost and with this further boosting it).

These are my main concerns with server boosting and it's really disappointing for me how they are handled looking at how me and my friends bought nitro for this specific reason(and it was never said that the boosts and levels will decay away)
