I would buy Nitro if it offered Auto-Normalization of voice chat

According to a google search, people have been asking for years for auto-normalization of voice chat. The technology has already been around for years. How come it's not in Discord yet?

This is a feature that would have me buy Nitro and that sentiment was echoed by three others in chat a few nights ago.
