Slight quality changes to Folders

I had 2 major ideas come to me instantly with last update:

1. Allow for more icons to be shown per folder. Idea came to me because I wanted to add the places I'm most actively chatting in to their own folder, but I can only have 4 icons show so it could lead to me forgetting or neglecting the others.

2. Brighten up all of the base colors allowed for folders. Currently, on a monitor with full brightness, it's hard to really see the colors of the folders. I'm not color blind, but I do have kinda crappy eyesight. But even with my face in my monitor, the difference in shades of colors is hard to notice, especially for colors closer to Discord's natural background color.. White seems to be best/only noticeable option, currently.
