Adding a feature for messages for hiding for users that have certain perms

This will make it when you do something like &msg& in a message when you send that message it will ask what role/perm would you like users to have to see this message.

Here is an example

My message: Welcome everyone to the discord. Here is a little surprise for you nitro boosters &you can enter the 1 yr nitro giveaway in #giveaways&

Then when sent it will ask what perm/role would you like users to have to read the part in &&.

The part in && will appear as a || thing|| but when clicked if you don’t have the perm or role it will say what you need.
