Add Spotify controls in the discord client.

This would be such an amazing idea to have this supported within discord so you could listen on phone and control from PC or also you can minimize the Spotify window and still have Spotify controls as well as you could add it to the game overlay and have Spotify controls in there to make Spotify more gaming-friendly for people with one monitor. I attached a photoshop of what this could look like but anything would be amazing!! Maybe have controls appear on mouse hover! so it can act as a now playing as well as a functional thing.
