Custom user join / leave sound to voice channel

Request to add the following functionality for Nitro users or for everyone as a payable feature.

1. Feature for Nitro users: Preset list of custom sounds to choose from.

2. Feature as a store-like view which from the user could buy different join / leave sounds (0.5$ - 1$/sound)
