Feature Request: Blindfold / Server Blindfold

Similar to Deafen / Server Deafen, provide functionality for blindfolding / server blindfolding a user so that they cannot see the video channel. This would enable games such as Just One, where one player needs to not see anyone else for a feew minutes.
