Add has:spoiler to the search bar.

Sometimes you don't really know what message you need to search, and what if you want to search a message that you know had spoiler content, but you aren't sure what it really said. With the addition of has:spoiler to the search options, you could search for content with a spoiler in the search bar just as easily as a link, image, e.t.c.
