Nitro Classic disappearing

I've seen a lot of people buy nitro and when their subscription end they say they can't see the option to subscribe to nitro Classic but IDK why and I'm just circulating this to the discord staff team or members and hope they you can fix this!

    I was gifted nitro classic (for a month) on November 5th, and it was scheduled to end on December 5th, when my friend had regifted me it on that same exact day. It had went through, with everything stating that it had been accepted and the link was now invalid (as I had taken it). Come December 8th and it's now been wiped overnight. I have no access to my emojis or my animated profile. Is there any way to deal with this without having my friend repurchase it?
