Everyone's voices cutting out every 15-20 seconds

So, joined a voice call with friends I haven't spoken to in a ~week and every 15-20 seconds [sometimes 30] voices would just cut out for ~10 seconds at a time.

PST 12:40 PM, and it's still going on.  Needs to be looked into, cause it's not just the server I'm trying to talk on, it's happening on all of them.
