Help Women be Heard in Voice Chat (Feature Request)

With more than a few people are in a voice chat there are often times (due to lag, etc) where two people talk over each other. This can happen very frequently and adds a lot of churn to meetings and classes. Solving this will help make meetings flow better and prevent time lost spent to apologies and people repeating themselves.

It also prevents men from interrupting and talking over women.

I propose the following:

Voice Chat Speaking Stick

• There is one Speaking Stick in the voice chat.
• Only one person may be holding it at any time.
• Everyone else is muted.
• There is a button you can press and hold to get in line to hold the Speaking Stick.
• If you let go of pressing the button you are no longer in line to get the Speaking Stick.
• When you hold the Stick there is a sound that alerts you that you are holding it that only you can hear.
• Everyone can see who is currently holding it by an icon near their name in the user list.
• Moderators can take the Stick from anyone currently holding it.
