Make shadowban a feature

So, my suggestion is to make Shadowban a feature in Discord.  

Reasons for Shadowban existing as feature are obvious:

+ Wasting trolls time thinking people just have put him on ignore ( so they don't just go and make new accounts and come with another account instantly ) 

+ Not exposing other people to whatever they write

This would allow moderators on servers do what they usually would do but instead of throwing the usual mute or Banhammer

Shadowban someone without the target of Shadowban finding it out, at least instantly. They'd just make new account for getting muted or banned if they're trolls or other nuisances, right? 

 

This would probably make moderating bigger discord communities much easier for their moderator teams too.

    That would be abused and wasting the time of people who aren´t trolls.

    If someone is trolling you with multiple accounts, just report him.

    If he uses one account, just ban him.
