Make it so you can select if an image is NSFW.

Hi, I have an idea for a thing that might make discord kinda cool. So I want to make a feature where you can select if an image is NSFW. You would do this similarly to marking if a post is wanted to be shared to following servers, there could be a drop-down saying: "Is this image NSFW related" and if marked yes it would put the image below on top of it and if they press continue they would be able to see the image.
