Mods should be able to mark user's post as spoiler

in order to prevent any further damage caused by the spoiler, this would be a nice thing

  As a moderator of a server for a TV programme, it'd be really nice if I could force a post to appear as a spoiler when it, well, contains a spoiler. This is much more preferable to deleting the message or trying to get the poster to spoiler the message.

  There are a lot of times where someone posts something slightly nsfw in a sfw channel, or posts a spoiler in a non-spoiler channel where it's still a good enough post that I want to keep it, but would like to be able to mark it as a spoiler/ sensitive content. It would be a useful tool for server management if mods and admin could mark messages as spoilers.
