[Suggestion] Poke feature

Is possible to add a poke feature in discord ?

What I meaning by that is the possibility to send a distinguish short sound alert with a small text box a friends when I need to call for him unmute and/or deafen, or when him is connect in the same server but in another channel and need to call to do something without disturb when he is in a in the middle of something, or to alert him about something happing. An alert sound with have a priority in terms of alert to call attention to another member of server. Yes, this feature have in other communication software and is a good feature to improve the quality life in Discord.
