Suggestion: Server Banner and scroll

Hey,

Currently, when you scroll down in a server that has a banner this happens:

- The server has the scrollbar overlapped on it and the banner fades out along with whatever badge the server may own.

I think this looks pretty ugly and unsatisfying and should potentially be changed into this:

When you scroll down, this should happen:

- Only the channels should move and the server banner and badge should stay in place, of course, the scrollbar no longer overlapped on it.

I personally think that would look 100 times better than what we currently have.
