revert the change to the voice chat bar

in TestFlight 3.1.2 the new voice chat bar is at the top nd doe not show user activity, but it would be nice to see user activity back, even if the bar is at the top. This is because you cannot now be in a voice reply chat or another chat and check who is talking without opening up the full sized menu. Maybe even an option to choose which would be nice.
