Let Nitro users show what server they're boosting

Simple: In the boost badge tooltip (below), also include the name of the server being boosted.

For privacy reasons, two different settings should come with this:

1. A server setting that enables/disables boosters from showing that they are boosting the server.
2. A client setting that enables/disables showing who they're boosting.

Bonus: if the server is public, allow users to jump directly to a server preview page from the badge, similar to how Server Discovery allows you to preview servers before joining
