Muting a specific user's @Here / @Everyone
Sad to say that we have a bit of a "Boy who cried wolf" situation when it comes to the power of using @here and @everyone.
Some people use it incorrectly, and are repeat offenders. It would be nice if we would mute one specific person's "@here" in order to avoid this.
