Appearance option for mobile

I had previously used the "Dark" option for appearance but since having LASIK, I can barely read anything with that option.  So, I switched to "Light" which allows me to read the content but is blindingly bright. I've played around with my phone's display settings (iOS) but they don't seem to make much of a difference.  Would be nice to have the ability to change the color gradient of each Appearance option (make Dark more gray or Light more off-white).

  Great idea for everyone thats are using White Theme and don't want to ruin their eyes :D
