Additional Role Permissions/Moderation Verification Levels for DMs

Given the rise in direct message spammers on Discord, it would be great to see additional options to allow server moderators/owners to better tailor their servers to fit both their community.

Particularly noteworthy would be allowing for additional Moderation Verification levels and/or role permissions that allow additional limitations on the ability to direct message server members without having to resort to verified phone numbers. While I believe a moderation verification level between high and extreme would be great for my particular purpose, it could also be useful for others to allow this on a role permission basis.
