VAD/PTT Audio/Visual Cue

Hi there,

I like to have a hotkey/keybind to toggle between VAD/PTT which I do for work/gaming purposes.

Unfortunately its hard to tell which mode I am in, at a glance, without going into the settings to confirm.

I would like to see a visual or audible cue to help with that.

Ideally an icon near the mute/deafen icons on the UI and maybe an audio cue would be really beneficial. Something integrated into the overlay too would be a bonus.
