Setting to have all nitro PFPs animated at all times.

Currently with nitro PFPs, it the animated gif only plays while your cursor is over one of the user's messages (so one person's nitro pfp can be vewed at one time).

It would be nice to see a toggleable setting so that all nitro PFPs in a server are animated at all times (or just while discord is the active window).

*I'm suggesting it as a toggleable setting as i know this may be difficult for people with low-end PCs or terrible internet.*

  I think this is a good idea but very pointless for aesthetic but I understand and it would be a neat feature to add.
