multi device streaming

I would like to be able to be in a voice chat on one device and be able to stream on discord with another device. to prevent hackers from taking this to there advantage when you try to join a chat with another device already on one it will ask you for a code that is sent only to the other device that's already in a call and it looks weird and you must put that code in or else it wont let you in.
