5000ms ping

When I connect my ping rises to 5000ms and I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me too, I need to connect a bot and reconnect so I can fix it, but it rises like every 5 mins, I tried to change my DNS. my IP and my internet router too, it also disconnects me from live streams and everything, I hope you give me a solution guys.

    Same problem here too. And I tried seeing all kinds of videos for help, but none seem to fix the issue. I see the green circles of people in VC speaking, but I can't hear them and neither can they. Please guys if anybody had the similar problem and found a solution please post here and help us!
