Mobile video stream issues

I was recently reporting a bug on the Discord Testers server, and while recording, I noticed a lot of crashes when opening the camera (both to start the video and to open the call interface). This already happened in some previous versions and it improved a lot with time, but when I tried to record the reproduction of the bug, I just couldn't do almost anything. A good suggestion for this is: Let users choose the quality of the video stream as well as on the desktop, both for the camera and for screen sharing. It would help a lot, even more people who don't have a powerful cell phone.
