Account got disabled for trust and safety when i did nothing

I was just on discord and suddenly I got logged out. Then i tried to sign back in and it says my account is disabled for trust and safety. I then sent a support message to Discord but they have not responded yet. That was like 50 minutes ago.  I just really want to get my account back because there was some really important stuff on it. Or at least I want to know the reason.

  In the message sent to your e-mail address, the reason your account has been disabled is written. Have you checked?
