Stuck in preview mode.

I have been trying to join a discord server for awhile but I'm stuck with a prompt saying that I am in preview mode. The only way I've been able to chat in the discord is through the website. Is there anyone I can fix this bug?

    I have tried everything and I am not able to join on the server. The only way I see the server is on my mobile phone. On the PC or WEB, i do not even see the server, so i have to join again and get stuck in the preview mode forever.. I run the app as administrator, reinstalled the application on the PC, try to join on the desktop, on the web and nothing helps. Also, people from the server are trying to help me with it and they can't since I am not even on the server..
