Put a blue notification bubble at server icons when getting notified by @everyone's/@here's or role pings, so you can tell if the ping is directed to just you or not.

At the moment, when getting notified by keywords like @everyone or @here you will just get a red circle at the Discord server icon where that notification comes from. I've seen people who don't like those types of notifications because they cannot tell if that ping is directed to them or not.

So a way to solve this could be adding a second circle for that kind of notification keywords so that the user knows that it's a server ping instead of a ping that is directed to a single person.
