Not getting a response for my nitro refund

I have made a support thread regarding my nitro subscription to get my nitro server boosts canceled and not refunded and I'm not getting an answer from the assigned support member and it's really annoying.

What else can I do since I open a new one ticket it gets closed by the same staff member intently?
