Drag and Reply Feature like Whatsapp for both Mobile devices and PC

I really think it would be really convenient to just drag and swipe right/left another persons text to quote/reply their text, it would be much easier to do so also its kinda annoying everytime I have to find those 3 dots or right click the text and select quote everytime. If you're confused what am talking about, then am referring to the whatsapp replying method for dragging the message and replying. If this feature is welcomed to discord for mobile it would be really useful and handy plus quick to use too. Here's an example
