Delete received messages.

Hello,
I'd like to recommend/request the ability to delete received messages. [Or even clear chat history.(i know there's a thread for this but it's been too long and nothing changed so here goes again)]

Some people send nasty things (either as a joke or just cause they are nasty) and even though you don't wanna block them and hide the entire conversation, you don't want that picture or message staring at you forever.

Please do something about it. Requesting the other people to delete what they sent is ridiculous.
You can show a notification to the other person or both people in chat that there was a message/image deleted.

( i would attach a screenshot with some nudes interfering with the conversation as an example but i'm sure nobody wants to see that)

    maybe just have it deleted on your side so the person who sent can see the message but for you it shows something like

    [ deleted message ] or just completely hides it

    Yes! That's also a good idea. 
    If delete is too much then a HIDE option.
    It's not ideal but it's better than nothing.

    This can actually be a health and safety issue for people that are susceptible to seizures from flashing images.  People with that condition NEED to be able to remove images that could trigger an attack.
