Poor Customer Service
I submit ticket to get assistance logging in via iPad and it takes 9 days for you to respond... and this is the reply I get...

I got the same reply, and when I did send a response to tell them it was still an issue, they just marked the issue as "solved" and locked it so I couldn't respond.
