Animated profile pictures (gifs) should continue being animated even when you dont click on it or hover over it.
I feel like Discord should add an option to disable/enable your gif profile picture moving all the time or not. I would like this option, and many users I have talked to this about do as well. It adds a lot more style to a discord nitro subscriber's profile.
