User Activity log

I‘ve run into the issue of people changing there username and/or profile picture, or lately some funny guy hacked me and made me leave servers. I‘d find it amazing if these activities where logged somewhere like: „UserX changed there name to UserY“ „UserY has changed there profile picture from this to that“ and for the servers it would be useful to also get this „You joined ServerX“ „ServerX has changed its name to ServerY“ „You left ServerY“ This would help people that have friendseho constantly change there nane and profile picture and help people like me restore there accounts after these kind f hacks.
